Total of 2208 disconnections (4h 47min 30s) registered in the past week!!

Hello why is the 5g broadband soooo bad lately in the LL62 area? I have a samknows box attached and it has recorded that a Total of 2208 disconnections (4h 47min 30s) registered in the past week!!!!

Can someone at EE explain why it was ok before but not now?

Hi I have checked and there none reported… I reported a fault 2 days ago and I have had nothing back!

You'll receive an update as soon as our network team have completed their investigation. It usually only takes a few days.

Well I phoned EE as I didn't get any responses.. It turns out that one of the phone masts is down near my address, so all the traffic is using that one and in the evening is overloaded, but the a repair is on the way, hopefully, on the 11th of May!  I hope the other one doesn't fail!
