TP Link Extender

I have plugged in a tp-link powerline wifi extender to my 4gEE router. It works for an hour and then the network colour changes from blue to yellow and wifi no longer works. 
Can somebody please advise. Thank you

Does this happen every time or is it an intermittent problem?

Does restarting both devices help a all?
