Smart 4g hub with incorrect password

I bought a Smart 4g hub, model D412C57, s/n C57ABL2497K2AO67 on AliExpress. But the admin password is not correct. I can't enter settings. How to get the admin password?

@igorr3001 : If the admin pwd on the label doesn't work do a factory reset by pressing a pin into the Reset pinhole for about 10 secs.

Thank you for your answer, but reset don't help. I have a problem to use phone. Why support don't send work password by email? Ussualy password admin works on other routers.
