Hello, I have a Smart 4G hub and the internet i get with it is pretty bad, i have noticed a port on the back labeled TS9 and it looks like its a port for an antenna but I can't find any information exactly on what this does. If i got one of those antennas could it potentially improve my internet?

@Enjusaionji : There was a discussion recently, https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Mobile-Broadband/Signal-booster/m-p/1596532/highlight/true#M34658 , where the referenced antennae was said to fit 2 x TS9 or SMA ports.

I'm not sure how much that applies but i saw a picture of my smart 4g hub. my problem is that while i have full bars of signal, my actual internet speed is bad and apparently through the many times that i called customer support and spoke to the tech team, nobody can figure out why, so buying an extra antenna thing is the only think i can think of that i can do myself.
I brought this antenna thing which fits into the slot, it came in a pack of 2 and there are 2 slots in the router, i don't know if i should plug them both in or if i have to somewhere change on option for the router to use them. I have no idea and im basically just experimenting at this point because nobody from the technical team actually gave me any actual advice other than just ''do speed tests''.

That's all you can do.
I should stick 2 of those antennae in the 2 slots & experiment with it assuming there need be no option setting for it or browse the router's setting & see if there are any for antennae.
