Smart-4G-Hub-7X5P cannot connect my extenders

I have just sadly had to change, or should I say downgrade, my EE hub to Smart 4G.  My previous Model B625-261 was better in so many ways, but sadly after 6 years it stopped working.  This unit is less functional.  However, whilst I am stuck with it, I have to get it linking up with these extenders.  I have been using a TP-Link extender (RE450) AC1750, which has worked fine, but now it cannot link to the new router.
The hub doesn't have a WPS to press, so it won't allow me to connect that way. I have inputted the password for the router, but it will not connect! The WPS on the extender is pressed as stated by TP-LINK, but the router cannot respond. Tried several ways, but I am tearing my hair out researching how to overcome this problem. TP-Link says to open up these web pages, but as the hub won't allow the unit to connect, these web pages are useless. https://tplinkrepeater.net or 192.168.0.254.  Nothing on http://192.168.1.1/#/homePage shows me that the unit is trying to link with the hub.
I have a Netgear extender, and I am having the same issue in that it's not able to connect. The 2.4 Hz light won't light up. As in the Netgear, too? Both show up on the Windows AVAILABLE network, and as I said, I have inputted the password for each.
I am getting a 25-30 MB download on the new HUB.  Windows sees the extender as you can see from the screenshot.

Any ideas, please?

I will try and find out how to achieve that; I've never played around with that area before

@UFONED Download the manual it's on page 39.

I think I buggered it up as I changed the gateway address to 192.168.0.1, and I can access the internet but not the hubs' software to deal with any changes.  Just saying the site can't be reached.  Maybe I should just shrug my shoulders, leave it alone and wait to move and deal with any issues in another way somehow?

@UFONED You changed all 3 off them as advised? now just http://192.168.0.1 to admin the hub.

Yep, done. But nothing yet from the TP-LINK.  I made sure the password to the hub stayed as was. 2.4GHZ isn't lighting up on the unit.  That is also the NETGEAR, as I changed them around

@UFONED Ok on the Tp-Link you now need to use that IP to go manage it, will be http://192.168.0.254 if what you put is correct, change both the ssid and the password on it to match the same as the 4g Router, i will go look at that model meantime, as you said it's the RE450.

Edit below from TP and the link to the setup guide also.

Use the IP address to access the extender. The default IP is 192.168.0.254. If the extender has been
connected to a router, go to the router’s DHCP client list to obtain the extender’s current IP address
