I bought a new sim and top-up 10 pounds but I can’t call or text

Hi @Mclauss 

Did you activate the sim on the UK EE network. If not then the SIM will not work until it is activated in the UK on the UK network. There is no way around this requirement.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I am outside uk. I tried to call 150, it doesn't let me. i have to contact them in chat. But I can't find to chat with them.
