Hi @CELTiCdyt75.
You can't control content lock from your My EE on pay as you go. You will need to either give us a call or visit your local EE Store with some photo ID.

What Safe Search? Do you mean Content Lock?
Are you on contract or PAYG?
Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON if you are on contract.

Hi @Ambreik
Thanks for coming here.
The parental controls help you, and your family stay safe by blocking 18-rated content being accessed on the EE network through a device.
Please see our How do I turn on parental controls on my device? Help page, for full details on content lock 🙂

I have tried this 3 times this week no in my local store helped they had no idea what safesearch is and when I called up customer service I was not on they system and when I gave them my serial number on my sim it came up that it doesn't exist. It shouldn't be this hard to get rid of a parental lock. Is there another way to turn this off or get rid of it completely.

Hi @Dannyfromet
Welcome to the community.
It's more commonly known as content lock or parental controls. I'm not sure why they weren't able to find your account. Are you able to make calls and send texts from the SIM card in a phone? Do you have an EE signal?
