Every now and then my router displays a red globe, when it is blue it does not connect to the Internet. When I restart it, it's fine for a few minutes. Then the same thing again. I also restarted all factory settings with the button on the device and it didn't help either.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi there @nosekdomin
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Are you able to try the SIM card in another device/mobile phone to see if the same happens?
Leanne.

Hello Leanne
Yesterday I placed the SIM card in my Tree device. Exactly the same situation, for 30 seconds after turning on the device - none of the connected devices (phones, TV...) have a network. After 30 seconds, the device indicates that there is no Internet in the SIM card.

Thanks @nosekdomin
If the issue follows the SIM card in another device, this indicates the SIM card may have become faulty.
If you call us on 07953 966 150 our tech guides will run some troubleshooting and let you know if the SIM card needs replaced 🙂

Today I called the hotline to order a new SIM card. The employee directed me to a technician who checked my SIM card and confirmed that it was OK. The internet worked fine for half the day. After a few hours, our home devices cannot see the network. There is a red, blue and green globe on the router every now and then. What to do?
