My home broadband is down. I bought a PAYG EE Mobile WIFI device with 30 day unlimited data to tide me over. But Content Block is on. I have 3 family phones with EE and all turn up on my account and I can set them to "adult". But the WIFI device does not turn up on my account (as PAYG) so no option to turn off Content Block. Any tips on how to turn off the Content Block on the PAYG device.?

@Jonathan You call customer support and request it’s removal or you go to a EE store with in date photo ID.
You’ll need to know the number of the sim in the device.
