Hi, does anybody know how to solve this without putting the sim into a phone?
Long story short, I'm abroad and before leaving home i put my sim into a router, connected to a PC which i can log into to read my texts...
Although clunky, it's been working fine for months and has now suddenly stopped receiving messages.
I'm able to access the router and change any settings required, but I can not physically access the sim card.
It's essential that I'm able to see the SMS messages sent to me whilst I'm away!
Thanks in advance...

Hi @luk3jay
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM in the router?
Is the router showing signal and connecting to data?

Morning @luk3jay
Can you go to the Connection Manager or type 192.168.1.1 into your browser on a device connected to the router.
Enter the default username and password unless you have changed this, username: admin and the password: admin
You should then have access to the text messages sent to the device.

Thanks, I see what you mean @luk3jay
Have you sent a text to the number to see if this was received and showing?

Thanks for confirming @luk3jay
Could you try removing and reinserting the SIM card and restart the router, does this help?
If not, this would need to be looked into for you by our tech guides. Please call from any phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150.
