I feel your pain. I have an EE router set up and the connection drops out a lot of the time. I have called up numerous times to which they state there is a problem with the towers. There is always a problem with the towers and it's very frustrating...
What frustrates me the most is that I was told that connection is good in my area when now I am in a contract and have an EE router set up it is clearly not the case. I will be moving in the next couple of months and will look to hopefully try to get out of the contract if I can in order to go with someone else.

Do you, or any friends or relatives, have an EE mobile? Is this similarly affected?
