I purchased one of the 4GEE WiFi mini devices a number of months ago.. it is one of the preloaded ones with 30G data for 2 months. I only went to use it last night and it’s not working-it was unopened until last night so 2 months should be starting now. I set it all up and was able to connect to it but when I go to the 192.168.1.1 home page.. under the Your Device section.. it’s saying ‘No SIM’.. I called EE and they said it wasn’t activated so the apparently activated it for me but it’s still not working. Really frustrated as I really need it working today.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
What no. of months ago? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Thanks for your reply. I purchased it at the beginning of April so about 7 months ago… so it is outside that 6 month window. I’ll just have to call EE again to see if they can reactivate it. Thanks again for your help!
