Re: EE my return equiptment and are now billing me

Hi

I recently moved to Virgin media because EE could not get the parental controls to work. 
I returned the equipment in the bag provided and even had an email from the post office but I keep getting emails from EE asking me to return the equipment but I already did ! 
I returned the kit on May 20th and they keep saying I have until Jul 5th to return it. 
So annoying
