I am having a similar problem. My sim is correctly inserted and the router connected to the internet but apparently I don't have any data (even though I have contracted unlimited...)

Are you able to try the SIM in another device to see if you can use data?

Same issue. No allowance only on temp allowance

I am able to use data for a measly 250mb. Speed is great (better than my wired broadband) but allowance is totally wrong as it should be unlimited

Just rang customer services and it seems my account was set up incorrectly to the point I can’t clear security!! Fuming is an understatement. I will now have to go back to the shop which will incur extra expenses and try to sort this out. Not happy!! To any prospective customers out there, caveat emptor.
