I have a dongle that I use at work and for some reason, very random websites ( definitely not spam websites) are blocked. I know it's the internet dongle blocking them because if I swap to my phone hotspot (not with EE), they work fine.
I've followed the 'unblocking' guidance found on here but it's not led anywhere (I don't think they offer this service anymore) so where do I go for support - other than ringing EE? I have disability needs and ringing is a problem for me so isn't really an option. I've used the chat function before but I can't seem to find it now.

I think it's going to be best if you speak to our technical support team now. They'll be able to check everything from our side an run through some tests with you.

Did they fix it? If so, what did you have to say because they keep telling me that it's a change I've made to a website.

Hiya, they didn't but I changed to a monthly business package and that seemed to be better.
