Ps5 wont connect to my ee mini hub

I am having the same issue, changed my DNS server to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and then it would let me connect to the psn network and even let me download games. But when it comes to logging into EA or Ubisoft to play games it’s like it’s blocked again. It’s defiantly an issue EE’s end.

Hello James, as you advised we got in touch with the EE Technical Support Team and they informed us that this issue we are all experiencing is due to a firmware update that was rolled out around Feb/March

EE did not notify us of this change, no effort was made to advise any of us that this network could no longer be used with Sony products. 

EE did however offer to reduce our bill by 20% as we cannot use it as intended, I advise all of you affected to contact EE and complain for the same reduction.

This is 110% an EE issue and it seems like it will not be fixed anytime soon, all I can do to get connected is stick the SIM in an old phone and use the hotspot, but the connection is very choppy.

Same issue 4 months down the line, we complained and got 20% off our bill I'd advise you do the same.

I'm not aware of any changes to the firmware that would cause this problem. I have noticed a couple of other users recently who have mentioned having connection problems though. I've sent you a private message to get some information from you.

I am having the same issue 

Did EE ever advise what the fox is for this - it connects to all apple devices and Xbox but not ps5

Haha a year on and the same problems.

Literally just got my mimi hub today and will not show or connect to my ps. Even if i manually try 😩! Sony says all good, internet speed ur providing fine to support at least one ps but nothing!

me and my partner and big gamers. if we knew it wouldn’t work we wouldn’t of bothered and got something better suited 😖
