Genuinely was just sold this ee 4g hub as I was informed that the service I currently had would be slow in the area I have moved to. I stated clearly when asked the only thing I used the connection for was gaming on ps5 and watching streams. I think this is a problem ee really need to fix as I have been a bt customer for years at this point and ee have just taken my account from them to give me a product that doesn't work for what I need it for. I will be looking into being discounted on my contract for this.

Hi, I know this thread is a couple of months old now so you probably won't see this. But this issue you're experiencing happened to me recently and I encountered a fix for it.
- Go to your router settings and find a way to change your IP address settings from IpV6 to IpV4,I can provide guidance on how to do this on an EE router but not with a different type, but you will be able to find some sort of online guide or get some assistance with it. This setting change does not have any harmful side effects to the router, in layman's terms it just allows the PS5 to identify the network much more easily and should fix your problem. I hope this helps if you see this, and if not I hope it provides some assistance to anyone else suffering from this issue as EE have been useless at resolving it, and these forums are filled with misinformation.
