I am accessing My ee from my laptop and it is giving me an error whenever I try accessing the add-ons page. Furthermore, the app isn't working on my phone, Oppo F11 pro. How do I go about it?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.
