Hi, I just bought an EE SIM plan that was supposed to cost £10 but was on offer for £9. The plan should include 8GB of data and the usual allowances. However, when I logged into my EE account, it shows that the SIM doesn’t have any data or plan attached, and it asks me to buy a data add-on.
Since I’ve already paid for the SIM and the plan, I’m not sure why nothing is showing on my account. Could you please check this and help resolve the issue?

Did you sort this? I’m experiencing exactly the same with the same 8GB £9 plan.
