Hi,
I have an EE sim for a mobile router. I need to upgrade my plan and there's a good deal online but in order to get it, the website wants to send a verification pin to the number associated with the sim in my router. But clearly I can't get a message sent to that sim as its in a router. Can anyone help?

Hi @kaygee2,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you are on a device connected to the mobile router, if you visit 192.168.1.1 in your browser it will take you to the hub admin page. Login here and you will be able to see any text messages sent to the router number, to be able to complete verification for your order.
Depending on the model you have, the default password to login to the admin page can be found on the bottom of the router, the back of the router, sometimes under a battery cover or also on the keep me card originally provided with the router.

@kaygee2 : Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
