Outage in xxx xxx

Hi, Can someone please tell me what is happening in the following postcode xxx xxx. We have no service and use an external 4G router for our internet. I can see there is an outage when I search the status but it doesn't explain exactly what the issue is. Our service has been off since yesterday morning.
