My internet speed is doing this yet again. Going really low and nearlly cutting off. Can you just send an engineer to fix this problem?

Engineers are not involved in mobile BB. Do you mean fixed Home BB?

@RonnieGroves you posted the same thing several times yesterday and looking back also last year.
Each time you have been given advice, yet you have failed to respond.
This is not customer service, no one knows who you are, nor has any info about your account, so even if we could we would not know where to send an engineer.
EE has no engineers it could send, but does have access to their supplier engineers, but would first need to diagnose the issue in order to send the right type of engineer.
So rather than get more frustrated sending the same message over and over, why not give the forum some or better all of the information requested?

@RonnieGroves Why not just call customer services as you’ve been told you need to do by others and myself included. You’ll have to be patient and wait till they can take your call so don’t hang up thinking they will not answer as nothing will be resolved if you do that. This public forum can not get any engineer to your home or even book an appointment to see you. This is a public forum that has no access to arrange this. So no point in keep asking here as nothing will come of it.
You have to call customer services to do this. That’s 150 from any EE device.
