Hi, can anybody help me please?
I have the mobile data router at home and all 4 lights are green but none of my devices have been able to connect to the WiFi all day. EE technical team says there are no issues there end.
I had it late last night and had none this morning. I have reinserted the SIM card and restarted the router but still nothing.

@Latner72 : Do you really mean your devices do connect by WiFi to the router but cannot get on the Net?
What does the router say about its Connection Status?

All lights are green. The router is working fine. I spoke to EE this morning who did a full check and it’s not there end. I’ve checked the 12 digit No on the SIM card matches the correct number on my account and done a full reboot and still nothing

Are you able to test the SIM card from the WiFi device in a phone to see if this connects to the internet?
