No Internet connection on EE 4G Smart Hub when connecting to GlobalProtect VPN

Hi all,

I am running on EE 4G Smart Hub and that all works great. However, when I connect to my corporate VPN using GlobalProtect, I suddenly lose access to the Internet. I can't resolve any web pages.

As soon as I disconnect from the VPN, Internet is back.

I never had these issues over regular fibre broadband and I was able to connect to VPN without any issues.

Reading through the forums it seems to me that VPN is supported via EE broadband. Is there a particular APN setting I should be using to get around this issue? I see I can create a new profile and enter new APN settings, so perhaps someone on here has some recommended settings that I can try please?

I managed to resolve this by creating a new profile and choosing IPv4 instead of IPv4 / IPv6. I can now connect to VPN and still get to the Internet without issues.
