New 4G wifi will connect phones to internet but not laptop

Hi there

Just got my hands on the 4G wifi (little white box) for my home.

It will connect mobile phones to the internet but when trying to connect a laptop, it will connect (and I can log into admin etc to have a tinker) but will not allow the laptops (its more than one) to connect to the internet.

Is there a setting I need to change, and if so how? I have tried restarting the 4G wifi device a number of times.

Are you receiving a signal and can you use the internet on other devices. 

What happens when you try and use the internet, does your laptop show any error message.
