Help bill/mobile

I phoned and had an extention put on my bill because of Christmas and this was meant to be paid by the 25th of this month but my partner has been in contact with me to say his phone internet texts calls are not working has anyone else had this happen?

@Shannonsib , is the problem in one area?

Has your partner rebooted his phone?

Has he tried the SIM card in another phone, also tried someone else’s SIM card in his phone to rule these out as causing a problem?
