Just connected my 4G router. Currently regretting the move to EE. Can't load Netflix on my Sony Bravia. Can connect to Netflix on my other devices but not the TV. I still have the Gigaclear connection which I have tried and it all works fine . Go back to EE router and I get a can't connect code. I have done the on and off thing many times.Can anyone help before I pack it all up and send it back. Thank you

I have now accessed.the router. Easier than I thought. I cannot find a page for profile management or any of the settings in your picture. Is this because I am looking on a phone not a laptop.

If you look through the various tabs, it may be under something to do with data connection or advanced settings, I can't remember and can't access one currently as I am away.
It should then appear in the menu in the top left when you get into the appropriate section.
