Damn overpaid but I thought leave EE and I no longer use this anymore.
I had enough and I never paid that over £26 after final bills. I can’t call because I’m deaf is impossible. Contact is not helping and too much.
I MUST cancel bill, my direct card already stopped by myself and I not going pay EE Bill again for ever.
I want close down my own account and that’s my final!

Hi @EddieERL.
Thanks for coming here.
To cancel an account you would need to inform our cancellation team.
@shockwave is right, unfortunately we have no account access here on the EE Community.
Have you tried contacting us by using the Relay UK app or by calling us through Relay UK on 18001 07953 966 150.
Alternatively, we do also have the option of Sign language services through InterpretersLive!.

@EddieERL cancelling a direct debit doesn’t cancel or terminate your contract with EE. All you’ve done is stop the payments.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
