Hi I have a portable WiFi device and I have topped it up by £10 but it hasn’t gone on because I think my rolling bundle package does not refresh till the 17th but how can I get that applied to my account now?
I can’t use the top up and add on in normal way because I’m a Vodafone customer so the links to apply it don’t work through my phone.

@Anthony132 : Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?
