Mobile broadband down in PL8 not showing as a problem on your maps

Once again our Mobile Broadband has gone down this evening.  Come on EE what's going on.  Lost Internet at 10pm.  Can't connect to the tablet on WiFi or through Sim.  Really regret signing up for this!
