Hello,
I've just got a new smart 5G hub and can connect to it via my devices, but when navigating to http://192.168.1.1/ I just cannot login. I've tried the admin password on the router and even reset the router back to factory settings and I still get the same error each time.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this please?

Can't see we can be of much help when you've typed in the admin pwd on the label after a Factory Reset. Just check the chars & symbols correspond exactly & watch for e.g. I (eye) v l (el) v 1 (one) & O (oh) v 0 (zero) ...
