How do I link a 4G Wifi account to my already existing mobile phone account which I have already registered online? I can't seem to find any option when I'm logged in to add another device/account?

Glad you've managed to link your accounts, @mousetarget.

If you log into your EE Online account on the desktop site, you should be able to scroll down to the 'account updates' section and switch between your broadband and mobile accounts.

Hi @mousetarget

Welcome to the EE Community

When you log into the Online Account or EE App you'll be able to add your new 4G Wifi number to view.

From the EE App just chick the Home Icon at the bottom, then scroll down to where it says "Got another EE Mobile or Broadband". Click 'link a product' button and follow the steps.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

Then in your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

Hi Ali A,

I did what you said but then I get a blank white screen on the website with the following message:

"code" : "500",

"message" : "QuotaViolation"

I get the above when I try and link the account with the new account number, I cannot use the mobile number assigned to the 4G wifi device because they send a passcode to it but of course its a 4G wifi device and does not receive it?

@mousetarget When trying the account number to link, have you tried other browsers/devices and is the result the same?

If you access the router admin page which you should be able to load by going to 192.168.1.1 in your browser, you can login there to view text messages sent to the 4G Wi-Fi number. If you are unsure the login details should be on the back of the router or on the keep me card. Using that you should be able to try the mobile number method to link.

@Alex_H : You don't link a mobile router by a/c no. but by its mobile no. which I led the OP to in my 1st reply.

I've now managed to link the account via text message after putting a forward on the text message to my 4G Wi-Fi number to my mobile number, the linking is now complete.

But - when I log into my account I still can't see the 4G Wi-Fi device in the plans and subscriptions? I'd like to downloand an invoice each month for this device.
