Intermitent internet

Hi over the past few weeks our internet has been dropping in and out. We keep getting texts saying there is a problem in our area and then other texts when it comes back on. This has been going on for at least three weeksand we are not getting told why. Trying to contact customer service has been difficult. We are in Shetland Any advice appreciated. Also does customer service have an elail or online chat which would make it easier to contact.

Do you have EE mobiles, and if so are they similarly affected?

Yes we have EE mobiles and they are affected like our mobile broadband.
