Mobile internet speed drops drastically!

From few days I can connect only to band 3 on 4g type of connection and on 5g b3 +n28 which is slower always than 4g, instead b1 b3 and b7 so from 90mb connection it's dropped to 6mb, can't watch world cup online anymore or play on pc online my post...
