Hi, I have 100GB EE Broadband allowance and I am now down to 5GB left renewing in 5 days time.
I would like to track my usage day by day without logging on and making notes of usage. Is there a way of tracking this through the App?

No, home broadband through a EE router
Just wanting to track down daily usage without having to log on 31 times to make a note of remaining allowance as sometimes I am left wondering about how the allowance is getting used. My monthly allowance data remaining usually shows 20GB or more remaining.
It is possible to have two mobile phones a tablet and of course TV with Amazon Prime.

EE fixed line broadband has a data cap? Are they the only provider in the country to have a data cap! No other providers have a data cap from what I see

This cannot be EE fixed Home BB. With a 100GB data allowance the OP can only have mobile BB running thro' a mobile router.
@RSteffi : Which mobile router do you have?
The MyEE app will tell you your monthly usage; daily can only discovered by subtraction each day.
