I just recieved a message about how these boosts are going to be switching from 500mb to 2gb I then typed boost and it now says “

Buy 0 more packs and you can boost your data for free. For more info go to EE. ee.co.uk/EE

” have I reached the maximum packs of 15? And will I be able to get the 2gb boosts as promised?

@Callumpoole : Which pack are you currently on?

Where do you get this "maximum packs of 15" from? On older legacy packs you could earn as many Boosts as you like from every 3 packs bought. On current packs you can only earn at most 6 Boosts from 12 packs.

I have previously had the 10 pack but now have the 15 I didn’t know what amount of boosts I am only allowed but anyways. Main part is why hasn’t my 500mb changed to 2gb

What allowances do the £10 & £15 packs give you?

If you're on a legacy pack the boosts you earn will not change.
