I use this router with external antenna at my caravan. I can home and tried to log in to the router to flick it back to internal antenna and I can’t log in. When I type in the usual 192.168.1.1 the page does not load. There is a red light on the internet reception. I have tried factory resetting it. Any suggestions? We’ve only had it 3 weeks and as I bought second hand theres no come back as it was working fine!image.jpg

Where you are typing 192.168.1.1 are you connected to the router?

Into the browser (chrome), I’ve tried it on a phone (which has previously worked), iPad and chrome browser on a pc. I also tried connecting via an Ethernet cable from my pc. When using wifi I first connected to the router, I’ve tried both the 2.5GHz and 5GHz

On the PC show us the Internet Access list from the Notification area when you try to connect. Obscure your names from it.

Thanks, I’m not sure what you mean? Is it the list of available wifi networks?

That's not connected. Now press the Connect button.

Sorry, in my Q, I meant try to connect to 192.168.1.1, not just connect to the WiFi.
