I can’t go on to a website

Hi hope you’re well, I’ve been trying to go onto a website called Ann summers but it’s not letting me access it says could not establish a secure connection? I’m On a pay as you go plan and also over 18

It's possible that the Ann Summers site is being restricted by Content Lock. On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18.
