Huawei E5576-320 Stopped Connecting

Hi there,

I've been using a Hawei E5576-320 happily for the last couple of years on a pay as you go bases, along with the odd top up of 120GB or so to keep it going.

For some reason however, it will now not connect to the EE network. I've tried inputting a new APN in the settings and changing to that, but it still won't connect.

Does anyone have any ideas as to a fix please?

Many thanks!

Take the Sim out of the Router and test it in a Phone, do you get a Data Connection?

@davejsb : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
