On the EE website you need the mobile phone number to link a new device to the account.
But on the router you don't know the mobile number.
I've got the KEEP ME CARD but it only gives you the network number and key.
There is no phone number on the SIM card either.
How are you meant to add the device to the account? Is it possible to link a PAYG device to your home account?
I don't know how to check how much data.
How do you check what's left? Is there some phone number to call?
I've spoken to your team in Plymouth but they don't know either!
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

Thank you! That works! I can now see how much data I have! According to EE it's not possible to link your home broadband account with a PAYG account using the SAME e-mail address. You have to use a different email address and create another account just for your PAYG account. Crazy.

@andyfoz111 : Use another browser, not Edge or any browser that turns HTTP: into HTTPS: . Chrome works on it.
