How do I get this thieving corporation to provide the service I paid for?

This corporation is abominably **bleep**.  Their coverage is nearly non-existent, but that hardly matters as they refuse to connect me anyway.  How do I force them to actually provide the service I paid for?  Failing this, how do I get a full refund?  And which are the best methods of ensuring everybody knows how terrible EE are?  I'd hate for others to fall victim to this criminal organisation.

Can you be more specific on the problems you're having?

"Nearly non-existent coverage" would suggest you're either extremely unlucky with poor coverage areas, or you have a faulty device.

If it were a working person stealing from me then calling the pigs might possibly achieve something, but we live in a society where corporations and oligarchs are allowed to commit crimes.

How big an area without coverage is my "bad luck" and not bad service from EE?

I cannot connect to EE at all.  This is something that happens frequently and is not my phone (my previous phone was the same, and I stupidly made the mistake of assuming it was the phone rather than the corporation, despite knowing that all corporations steal from everyone at every opportunity).

I don't even really want a fix at this point.  I just want every penny I ever spent on these criminals refunded so I can find a slightly less criminal provider (preferably one that at least occasionally bothers to provide).

Hi @EE_are_thieves

Have you checked your local area for issues.

Do you have access to EE WiFi calling service.

Thanks

Thanks, but I'm really not looking for a sycophantic bootlicker to white-knight the thieving corporation.  The problem is EE.  Entirely.  They are stealing from me.  Mostly because they're capitalists and all capitalists are thieves.

You've mentioned "cannot connect to EE at all" - is this using a phone, or a mobile dongle device? You've posted in the "mobile broadband" section, so assumption on the part of any response is a recipe for confusion.

Your posts are strong on rant and light on detail - you could potentially get some useful advice on this forum if you're willing to provide more explanation. Much depends what outcome you're seeking to achieve.

Which mobile router are you using? Have you tried placing it near a window?
