Are you using the contact us page or your My EE App?

Iam currently in the US and have lost my phone. The 'start conversation' button does not appear to be working. How do I contact you and is it possible to turn on location services remotely from your end?

Are you trying to contact our live chat team?
You will need to do this through your My EE App when you're abroad.

Sadly I can't access the App so will have to wait. I have to say ,I find it archaic you can't send an e mail
