I don't use the phone. I bought a sim to use in a wifi hot spot as our internet provider went bust. I went to a store to get it. They said it was all set up. The then emailed me a link to access my bill but when I try and set up an account it says I have to get a code sent to my mobile number.. The sim card is in a router and routers don't take text messages. I don't have a mobile phone. How do I view/access my bill? Basically - help! I can't find a way to contact EE without phoning them.

Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
