How can I speak to someone from EE

I need to speak to a human being. EE seem to have made this impossible. I have followed the links and the texts and etc and there is no option to speak to customer services. This is ridiculous.

You shouldn't be facing any issues when trying to call us on 150. 
What's happening exactly when you try?

I also cant speak to any online chat or get through to anyone

Hello I’ve tried ordering a new phone and it’s told me to do Apple Pay I’ve payed £30 upfront and it has gone out of my bank and now it is saying it’s declined but my money has gone
