I need to speak to a human being. EE seem to have made this impossible. I have followed the links and the texts and etc and there is no option to speak to customer services. This is ridiculous.

Hello I’ve tried ordering a new phone and it’s told me to do Apple Pay I’ve payed £30 upfront and it has gone out of my bank and now it is saying it’s declined but my money has gone
