High Packet loss

PARAGONIST

For the last week I experience random high packet loss when playing video games, usually it hapens for  2-3 seconds, but interval between spikes is variable, can be anything between 2 and 30min.

I`ve tried everything:
Windows update;
Network reset;
Network driver reinstall;
Reset router configuration;
Router update and downgrade;
I tested multiple games;
2 different PCs;
Multiple router devices - Mikrotik Chateau LTE18ax and 2 smartphones;
With ethernet and wifi;
2 different EE SIM cards.

I tested everything that I can from my end...

Hi @PARAGONIST,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Does the network status checker report any problems in your area?

James

I believe @PARAGONIST is using an EE data SIM @XRaySpeX.

Unfortunately there is no problems in the area.

I am using 2 Essential SIM cards, one is unlimited and the other one has a data cap, and both had packet loss in different devices.

Hi @PARAGONIST,

Please use the 'report a problem' option so our network team can take a look at this for you.

After submitting your report, you should receive an update with a day or two.

Thanks

James

Problem has been reported... Time to wait I guess
