Ee 5g router wont work with ee phobe sim unlimited

I have 2 ee phones,personal and work.when I am away i use the 2nd sim in an ee router.recently changed sim now nothing will attach.

Ee sim unlimited into 5g sim router.

Set up as directed,constant no internet.anyone got any ideas

It should providing it possesses some data.

Is the SIM on contract or PAYG?

Can you put it in a phone (or even while it is in router) & text AL to 150? What's it say?

Its unlimited calls, data, etc

On contract
