Ee 5g router wont work with ee phobe sim unlimited

Ee sim unlimited into 5g sim router.

Set up as directed,constant no internet.anyone got any ideas

It should providing it possesses some data.

Is the SIM on contract or PAYG?

Can you put it in a phone (or even while it is in router) & text AL to 150? What's it say?

I have put this sim in a tenda sim router. Works perfectly

Its unlimited calls, data, etc

On contract

I can't think of any reason why this wouldn't be working. It may be worth speaking with our Technical Support team so they can check everything from our end and run through some troubleshooting with you.
