EE Wifi not connecting to more than 1 device

Suddenly from yesterday I cannot log in to EE wifi (using the Wifi voucher monthly) from more than one device, it's showing username incorrect when I try to login from a second device. I thought the limit was 5 devices, was there a change in terms and conditions recently or this is a bug which I can fix?

Hi @AxelBlaze Some EE WiFi products allow the simultaneous connection of no more than 5 devices, you can find the terms here Conditions of Service | Find WiFi hotspots | EE WiFi
