Hi, hope someone can help
I have a contract EE SIM (tested and working in EE modem). I've put it in a Teltonika TRM240 USB modem with aerial. It connects to EE LTE, the access point is applied, but no data is passed to the PC. What's the last step to make this a success?
Attached is the profile from an AT command tester and the view from Windows showing we have connection? Why no data... What am I missing!
Thanks!!

Do you have any ethernet cable plugged in to the ethernet port @ChrisMinto?
If so can you unplug it and then try to browse internet? If not, try and disable the ethernet port temporarily.
From your images it looks like the PC is trying to connect through the ethernet port rather than the USB modem, even though you have set it as default.

Can't read that. Post just the page with the APN settings. I think I can just see the APN name.

Yes! And it reports the APN is applied (which it doesn't if I mod it). So why no internet? Is there something special EE need to do if it's not one of their modems? Or is there another step I need...

@ChrisMinto : No, you can put an EE SIM into any mobile router.
Perhaps post those 3 pix individually & bigger & I might be able to see them & glean something.

Sorry - I see you can't zoom in - here they are individually - the AT tester is the key one I think.

Still no success - spoke to the hardware manufacturer Teltonika who suggested that some providers placed the connections in a "private network" - the problem appears to be SIM side.
Any suggestions?

Try retyping the password and then changing the IP Type to IPV4 to see if that changes anything?

Can you change the wifi to public?
Something like...

- Digital Voice distribution over ethernet in Digital Home Phone
- EE Smart Hub Pro – Ethernet Ports Dropping Connection Overnight in Broadband & Landline
- Broadband issues in Broadband & Landline
- 4G LTE router - MR600 - cannot route IPv4 from local net on IPv4+IPv6 profile in Mobile Broadband
- Poor speeds via extender in Broadband & Landline
