I have 4 amazing echos all of which will not connect via EE mobile data however using the same router will connect via 3 mobile data.

everything else connects and works fine including Amazon echo show and Amazon fire sticks.

Hi I can confirm I have the same issues, just bought EE unlimited data sim card and my home monitoring cameras and even built in Alexa can't get internet access. Laptops, phone and tv  get internet. When I insert my old simm (there mobile) everything works fine. Seems to be EEs network settings issue.

@aido91 So when you insert your Three mobile SIM it just works straight away without any setup?

Seems very odd that an EE SIM would cause issues given it's basically the same thing, just a different network provider.

just jumped to ee and I have the same issue, its not from the device or dhcp settings is someting related to EE, hope the problem will be flaged up and sorted soon.

Hi @Djfordgb,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It's unusual that some of your Amazon devices will connect, but not others. Have you reached out to Amazon Support?

James

In my case, I have only one Amazon device and it can't connect, also my home monitoring cameras can't connect to internet. Tried on different 4g routers and it's still same issue. When I try with non EE card everything works.

Looks like that's a common problem with EE sim cards, many people complaining about similar issue ( me aswell) - trying to connect device to 4/5G EE router hope solution will be find soon.
